The company has secured a Software Supplier Licence from the Isle of Man, an increasingly popular jurisdiction over the past few years. Evolution will now be able to offer its services to all sides operating with the Isle of Man license.

Isle of Man becoming increasingly popular

The renowned online gambling giant has obtained the license with the help of SolutionsHub, a consultant firm specialising in iGaming. It offered its full support to Evolution during the entire process.

In recent years, the Isle of Man has emerged as a key online gaming hub, and its regulatory framework has drawn the attention of some of the biggest names in the business.

Commenting on this, James O’Kelly from SolutionsHub confirmed that the number of providers choosing the Isle of Man license was on the rise. He also said that his company had shown it was a trustworthy partner for all operators looking to secure the jurisdiction’s regulatory approval.

Speaking of the licensing process, it includes joining forces with the territory’s Gambling Supervision Commission and Digital Isle of Man.

An excellent move for Evolution

Tara Leneghan from Digital Isle of Man said her side was delighted to offer support to Evolution while the provider navigated the local iGaming landscape. Attracting such a renowned applicant fully illustrated the benefits of having an Isle of Man license. Leneghan took the time to congratulate Evolution Group on this achievement.

Evolution also intends to acquire Galaxy Gaming by mid-2025, pending regulatory approvals. According to available information, the acquisition of the casino table game provider is valued at around $136 million. The move itself should further cement Evolution’s market footprint in the US.

If you’re a fan of Evolution games, you can enjoy its Spin Gifts Promotion, available across the provider’s slot brands from October 1.
